Overview:
My brief was to design and write a Press Release for the launch of the ID ‘Forecast’ programme.
I was looking to strike a concise, impactful tone of voice which would resonate with their three target audiences: advocates, new-gen activists, and 'culture vultures'.
​
Of course, it was fun to play with ID's intelligent, inclusive, and evidence-based brand personality. Even more so to push their visual identity to dizzy new heights - drawing in a new audience in the process.

Something mentioned in the briefing process was a need to be optimistic, to portray the astronomical scale of the opportunity ahead of us. I chose from interviewees wisely, kept the copy upbeat, and attempted to capture this burgeoning feel through subtly mirroring another science-led era once at the cusp of change - the space age.
